Shipping questions

Are you a carrier or a broker?
Both. We run a small asset fleet for dedicated lanes out of Memphis and broker the rest through our vetted carrier network. Either way, you get one point of contact and one invoice.
How is my freight insured?
Every carrier must carry at least $100,000 cargo and $1M auto liability, verified before each load. Additional cargo coverage can be added for high-value freight.
What do I need to know for an LTL quote?
Pickup and delivery ZIP codes, number of pallets, total weight, dimensions and freight class. Not sure of the class? We'll help determine it.
Can you handle temperature-controlled freight?
Yes. Reefer capacity is available on all major lanes, with continuous temperature logs available on request.
